I am a maker and artist working mainly in clay.
I live and work on the south coast of England in Hastings near Pett Level and Dungeness – an area of remarkable coastal vegetation, nature reserves and ancient fishing and farming communities. My work is constantly evolving and is inspired by the places I visit, memories, objects and emotions. I tend to create work in a series influenced by what I have recently experienced or seen.
My studio – Stable Studios – is located on the edge of the Hastings Country Park, east of Hastings. I share the studios with three other artists – please see below for more information on us and our open studio events.
