With all shows, exhibitions and open studios cancelled due to the world wide pandemic I have time to revisit this page.

This was last year 2019. With Felicity Truscott basket maker and weaver showing alongside our resident studio members – Denise Franklin, Sally Cole, Anny Evason.

New Studio: 2012

I have moved my studio – to a beautiful location on the edge of the Hastings Country Park and Nature Reserve. Looking out towards the sea and Fairlight.

It’s been a joint venture with Hastings Borough Council and myself and Denise Franklin. Together we have refurbished a derelict stables block, which will be a lasting legacy for artists to use in and around Hastings. Here is a picture of the Stables block with link to a location map.

New address for my studio is: Stables Studio, Stables Flat, Fairlight Place Farm,Barley Lane, Hastings, East Sussex, TN35 5DT.

It has been an adventure to achieve a long held vision which has now happened for me and fellow artist Denise Franklin.

Anny Evason and Sally Cole are the two other artists who now have a studio space too.

Rye River Walk Exhibition 2011

Sarah will be showing exploratory and experimental work based on a residency at the Rye Creative Centre. The private view is on July 16th and Sarah will be running a workshop on July 23rd. For more information please see Rye Creative Centre website.
